Service Delivery & Mobile Fulfillment Policy
At HD Mobile Mechanics LLC, we deliver professional automotive repair directly to your driveway. To ensure a smooth and safe service experience, please review our mobile delivery guidelines.
1. Service Area & Travel Fees
We provide mobile services throughout Pearland, South Houston, and surrounding communities.

Primary Zone: Service within our standard radius (approx. 10 miles of 77048) is included in our standard Service Call Fee.

Extended Zone: Locations outside our primary zone may incur an additional Extended Travel Surcharge to cover fuel and technician travel time.
2. Arrival Windows
Because we operate in Houston traffic and service times can vary based on the complexity of the previous job, we utilize Arrival Windows:

You will be provided with a 1-hour arrival window.

Our technicians will provide a "Heads Up" text or call when they are approximately 15–30 minutes away from your location.

While we strive for punctuality, factors such as weather and traffic may impact arrival times. We will communicate any significant delays immediately.
3. Worksite Requirements (The "Delivery" Point)
For our "shop on wheels" to function safely and effectively, the delivery location must meet the following criteria:

Surface: The vehicle must be parked on a flat, paved surface (concrete or asphalt). For safety reasons, we cannot perform major repairs (such as jack-supported work) on dirt, gravel, or steep inclines.

Clearance: There must be adequate space (at least 4 feet) around the vehicle for the technician to maneuver tools and equipment.

Permission: If the service is being delivered to an apartment complex or office parking lot, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that "on-site mobile repair" is permitted by management.
4. Parts Fulfillment

Stocked Parts: Common items (batteries, certain fluids) are often stocked on our service vehicles for immediate fulfillment.

Ordered Parts: If a repair requires a specific part not in stock, we will source it from our local vendors. Service may be rescheduled for a later time or the following day depending on part availability and courier delivery times to our technician.
5. Weather Policy
Our mobile delivery is subject to safe weather conditions. In the event of heavy rain, lightning, or extreme temperatures that compromise safety, we reserve the right to reschedule your "delivery" to the next available clear window at no additional cost to you
